Each Aomway product comes with a 1-year warranty. For warranty services, please keep your original receipt and/or invoice to validate proof of purchase. You need to provide some clear pics of the products, a video will be helpful, and purchase record.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This Warranty does NOT apply:
(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that naturally diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(c) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Aomway product specifications (Aomway product specifications are available under the technical specifications for each product at the purchase page and also available Official stores);
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquakes, or other external cause;
(e) to damage caused by operating the Aomway product outside Aomway’s published guidelines;
(f) to a Aomway product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Aomway;
(g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Aomway product;
(h) if Aomway receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
